Do you charge for an estimate?
No. The walk-through and the written estimate are both free, and there is no follow-up call unless you ask for one.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, in South Dakota. Ask and we will send the certificate before we start.
Do you do the work yourselves?
Yes. One crew from footings to punch list. Specialty trades are scheduled and managed by us.
How far will you travel?
About an hour in any direction from Iroquois. Further for larger jobs — ask.
